Elouise Leblanc Memorial
Bursary for Part-Time students.

Elouise LeBlanc
attended UNBSJ as a part-time student and served several terms on the OPTAMUS
UNBSJ Executive committee, first as Vice-President and later as Executive
Secretary. In addition, Elouise was responsible for bringing the Rainbows
Program to Saint John, a program designed to help children deal with the trauma
of death or divorce within their family. Elouise was a caring person who
helped part-time students in many ways and OPTAMUS is pleased to offer two
bursaries in memory of this great lady.
