The Rally of Hope

The Rally of Hope is a 12 hour annual event, organized by the SJRHF (Saint John Regional Hospital Fund) itself, and sponsored by a variety of local businesses. The Rally of Hope raises approximately $650,000 annually and is one of the top five annual fundraising events in Canada; the Rally of Hope was the unanimous selection of the Association of Healthcare Professionals (AHP) Award as Canada's top Special Event in 1998.

Tim Cybluski, a member of the Board of Directors of OPTAMUS, participated in the Rally of Hope under the OPTAMUS Banner. Thanks to Tim and a generous donation from OPTAMUS, Part-Time students of UNBSJ were represented at this important community event.
