To enable our life members to maintain strong ties to their sponsoring companies.; The purpose of the telephone pioneers of America shall be to promote and participate in activities that respond to community needs and problems, to provide a means of friendly association for eligible telecommunicational employees and a spirit of mutual helpfullness, to contribute to the progress of the association and promote the happiness, well-being and usefulness of the membership, to the exemplify and perpetuate those principles which have come to be reguarded as the ideas and traditions of the industry.
