SINGLE PARENT RESOURCE CENTRE

A resource centre for single parents of all ages (unmarried, separated, widowed and divorced), in particular those living in low-income circumstances. We offer guidance and support to single parent families. Provides support and information towards overcoming barriers to change, to independence, to healthy lifestyles. The Centre offers parenting classes, workshops, craft time, a self-esteem program, a women's support group, supportive counselling, community kitchen and more. A clothing exchange is open on Fridays from 8:30 am to Noon.
