Description of Services
- Instructions in how to use the Sympto-Thermal method of Naural Family Planning. Copuples are taught to recognize their pre-ovular\tory and past ovulatory symptoms and their basal body temperature. By learning to identify the fertile phase of the menstrual cycle, couples can plan to achieve or avoid a pregnancy. Special instructions is also offered in Breast Feeding and fertility, pre- menopause, and fertility. The manual of instruction ""Planning Your Family the S-T Way"" by Dr. Suzanne Parenteau - Carreau is available at Saint John Regional Library.

- Appointment made via phone. Teaching sessions takes 2 hours in couples home with a follow - up session late.
