College studies concentrated on many business courses: Marketing, Accounting, Business Management, Stastics. Automation Courses would include: Hardware, Systems Analasis And Design, Internet. Using such software packages as: Accpac, Windows 3.1, Quattro pro 6.0, and Visual Basic.
Was Assistant Manager of this very popular restaurant. As one of three managers, I administered practical supervision and provided traing to a staff of 40. I was responsible for the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the establishment. It was there that I acquired some computer knowledge in such aspects as: invoicing, ordering, inventory, payroll, scheduling, and cash reports. Was able to comply with the budgets and yeilds and ensured complete customer satisfaction.
Was Assistant Store Manager. Responsible for the overall operations of the re staurant. Major objective was to ensure complete customer satisfaction. I performed such duties as, interviewing, hiring, scheduling, ordering, inventory control, deposits and the opening and closing of the restaurant. I was able to follow standards and incorporate them efficiently.
I began as a line cook and soon became Kitchen Manager. Before the establishment closed I assumed the position of Assistant Dining room Supervisor. This is where I began to aquire management experience.
