Mission Statement
- Provides service in regards to issues of dicrimination and sexual harassment through investigative procedures and also conducts educational presentations and workshops on the issues under the NB human rights act. Works with employers and agencies to develop policies.

- Working towards equality in the areas of employment accomodations public facilties and services according to the New Brunswick Human Rights Legislation.
