NEW BRUNSWICK LAW SOCIETY

Professional organization responsible for governing the legal profession in New Brunswick. The Law Society sets standards for admission to the profession, sets standards of professional conduct for practising lawyers, and disciplines lawyers who violate those standards. The Law Society will investigate complaints made against their members by the public. To practise law in New Brunswick, one must be a member of the New Brunswick Law Society.
