First established to control the spread of TB, the Lung Association is now concerned with the
prevention and control of all lung diseases.
Activities of the New Brunswick Lung Association include:
School Programs
Medical Research
Smoking cessation programs
Asthma Programs - Summer camps and family asthma programs to help children and
their parents learn to cope.
Better Breathing Programs - Conducted in many communities, these programs provide
social interaction for adults suffering from crippling lung diseases.
Other programs - Designed to meet the needs of various communities are available.
