Mission Statement
- Self-Help group for those who suffer from anxeity or panic disorder.
Description of Services
- The local branch administers the Crisis Help Line, develps and implements educational programs, coordinates several workshops and fundraising events each year, individual and systems advocacy and coordinates the Depression Self-Help Group, Survivors of Suicide Support Group and the Anxiety and Panic Disorder Self Help Group.

- 116 Coburg St. from 6:30pm to 8:30pm 3rd Wednesday of every Month at Community Health Centre, Room #7
- Fundraising Events 96/97
- Darts for mental Health and Curl for mental health. The potted Roses Campaign.
