Alzheimer's disease is a progressive degenerative brain condition with no known cause or cure. It is characterized by declining memory, judgment and learning ability. The Alzheimer Society consists of family members, caring professionals, and concerned individuals working together to provide, promote and encourage family support, education, research, and advocacy.
